Important information
- You’ll contribute 3 hours per day to DIY projects such as chopping wood, harvesting, building, or painting.
- Additional contributions in the kitchen and household are required but not included in those 3 hours.
- Outside of these tasks, you are free to join workouts, hikes, and relaxation sessions.

During the Workout & Wilderness Retreat in Finland, you’ll stay in simple yet comfortable Finnish cabins and eco-lodges.
Accommodation: 4 cabins and 4 houses spread across the property
Capacity: maximum of 12 participants
Flexibility: you are also welcome to bring your own tent or camper
Everything is designed to foster peace, connection with nature, and a relaxing stay. Building your own shelter or camping is possible upon request and entirely up to your preference.

The Workout & Wilderness Retreat in Finland takes place in an eco-lodge located in the heart of the Finnish wilderness, about 2 hours’ drive from Helsinki.

- Photos and videos will be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes
- Participants who prefer not to be filmed can notify us in advance

- Allergies and preferences will be collected beforehand
- Meals can be adjusted to accommodate dietary needs and mindful eating practices
Safety
- All activities are professionally guided
- Please inform us in advance of any injuries or physical limitations
A. Cancellation by the Participant
- Your participation in the retreat is considered final once you have booked your flights and confirmed this in writing.
- In the event of cancellation by you — for any reason whatsoever — flight costs cannot be refunded.
- The only possible option is to find someone else to take your place. This is permitted in consultation with the organizer. The organizer is not liable if a replacement cannot be found.
B. Cancellation or Changes by the Organizer
- If the retreat should unexpectedly not take place — for example, due to unforeseen circumstances or organizational changes — the same applies: flight costs will not be refunded.
- However, we will offer you an alternative or a new date, at your choice.
C. Travel and Cancellation Insurance
- We strongly recommend that you take out travel and cancellation insurance to cover costs in the event of cancellation or changes on your side, including flights.
D. Own Responsibility
- Participation is entirely at your own risk. The organizer is not liable for travel, health, weather, or any other personal circumstances or costs arising from cancellation or participation.

This is the first edition of the program. You help us test the concept by participating and giving feedback. Accommodation is free; you only pay for travel and groceries.
2. Who is this retreat suitable for?
For anyone who loves sports, nature, adventure, and relaxation. All workouts and activities are optional, so beginners are welcome.
3. How big is the group and how intimate is the atmosphere?
Maximum of 12 participants, ensuring a personal, friendly, and safe group environment.
4. What does a typical day look like?
Morning: meditation + breakfast

Lunch and DIY/outdoor skills
Free time
Dinner, evening meditation, sauna/hot tub
Everything is optional, except for contributing 3 hours per day to community and household tasks (such as preparing meals, cooking, or lighting the sauna/hot tub).

Self-paid: flight, transport to/from Turku, personal expenses, shared groceries (~€130–€140 per person)

6. Can I participate alone, or with a friend?
Both options are welcome. Everyone is warmly received and easily adapts to the small, personal group.
7. What if I don’t want to join a workout or activity?
No problem! All activities are optional. There’s always free time for walking, reading, relaxing, or simply enjoying nature.
8. What about sleeping and accommodation?

9. Are dietary needs accommodated?
Yes, we collect allergies and dietary preferences beforehand. Cooking together and mindful eating are central to the experience.
10. How do I get around locally?
Group transfers from Helsinki to the lodge are available. You may also travel by your own car if preferred.
11. Is this retreat suitable for people with injuries or health limitations?
Yes, all activities are optional and guided. Please inform us of any injuries in advance for advice and alternatives.
12. Is there internet or mobile coverage?
Coverage is available, but offline moments are encouraged to fully enjoy nature.
13. What happens in bad weather?
Activities are adapted or moved indoors where possible. Safety and flexibility are a priority.
14. What feedback is expected from me?
We ask you to share your experience during and at the end of the retreat. Your input helps improve future retreats.
15. What if I need to cancel?
You are responsible for your flight. If you cancel, you may arrange for someone else to take your spot so the group remains complete.
16. Will photos or videos be taken during the retreat?
Yes, for promotional purposes (website, social media). By participating, you consent to images including you being used. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let us know upon arrival.
