Practicing yin yoga is a moment of pause and coming back to myself. Kaia effortlessly guides you from one posture to the next, allowing space in between to sense and feel. Without much effort, you remain in postures for longer periods, and as the class unfolds, your body becomes more supple and relaxed. Your mind naturally settles as well. At the end of every class with Kaia, I feel peaceful, calm and deeply relaxed. Sharing a cup of tea afterward gently brings you back into a more active mode.
